Payment Policy

There are 3 methods of payment that clients can choose for your best convenience:

- 1st method: Making payment in cash directly at our address

- 2nd method: Cash on delivery (COD). The client checks the goods at company, and pays in cash to delivery staff.

- 3rd method: Transfer in advance. The client transfers payment in advance, then we will carry out delivery as agreed or in accordance with a contract with you.

Attentions:

- The transfer details clearly include full name and purchase order number. After the transfer, we will contact you for confirmation and carry out delivery. If we do not deliver goods or not have any feedback after the agreed period, the valued client can send a complaint directly to our head office and request for compensation in case it is demonstrated that our delay affects your business.

- With respect to the client having demand on purchasing a large quantity for your business or wholesale, please contact us directly for policy on favourable price. In this case, the payment will be made in accodance with a contract.

- We commit to clear and legal business, high-quality products with obvious origin.
